Terms of Service for Speech Transcriber AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Speech Transcriber AI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. App Functionality

The App provides various audio and voice processing features, which may include:

• Audio file import and processing
• Audio extraction from video files (where supported)
• Speech-to-text transcription using AI services
• Text translation using AI services
• Text-to-speech synthesis using AI services
• Voice cloning and generation using AI services
• Audio enhancement and processing features
• Other AI-powered audio and voice features as available

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content (audio, video, text, and other materials) you process using the App. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights and permissions to use and process any content you import or create using the App
• Your use does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
• You will not use the App to create, distribute, or process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• You will not use the App to impersonate others or create misleading content without proper disclosure
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the App

4. Third-Party AI Services

The App relies on various third-party AI and cloud services to provide its functionality. Your use of features that utilize these services is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, or policies of third-party AI services. We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, results, or outcomes produced by such services.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the App developer and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Content you create using the App remains your property, subject to the rights of any original content creators and the terms of the third-party services used in processing.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• Generate content for malicious purposes, including harassment, fraud, or deception
• Create deepfakes or other synthetic content without appropriate disclosure when required
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App or its services
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location, or that it will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App or related third-party services; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Service Availability

We depend on third-party services to provide many of the App's features. These services may experience downtime, limitations, or changes that could affect the App's functionality. We cannot guarantee continuous availability of all features and are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or through other appropriate means. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
